Bishop, Legislative Council Staff, gave an overview of the FY 2025-26 capital
construction requests and available revenue. A CDC staff memo on FY 2025-26
capital projects and projected available revenue is included as Attachment

Executive Director of the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting
(OSPB), Adrian Leiter, OSPB Deputy Director for Budget, and Tammy Pacheco,
OSPB Senior Capital Analyst presented on OSPB's FY 25-26 capital recommendations.
Director Ferrandino described the status of the state budget as a whole
and the amount of funds available for capital. Director Ferrandino explained
OSPB's FY 25-26 capital reccomendations. OSPB's presentation is included
as Attachment B.

Commission of Higher Education (CCHE) Commissioner, introduced themselves.
COmmissioner Tucker gave a brief introduction to CCHE. Ms. Evans gave an
overview of the CCHE prioritization process and the FY 25-26 rankings.
