Joint Legislative Library
The Joint Legislative Library provides nonpartisan library services and resources to members of the General Assembly and their staffs, the other legislative service agencies, other government agencies, and members of the public.

Services
Print Collection
The library has a variety of print and legislative resources available for use during library hours. Some of these include historical and current versions of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Colorado Session Laws, House and Senate Journals, directories, and reference materials.
Computer Lab
The library has a computer lab with three workstations and a printer. Documents can be printed for 10 cents a page.
Legislative Audio Files
Individuals may listen to and download testimony on legislation for the 2002 through 2014 legislative sessions. Library staff will assist individuals in locating and downloading recordings. There is no charge for this service, but individuals must bring their own flash drive to download the testimony.
Bill Room
The bill room is housed in the library. Individuals can obtain copies of bills, daily legislative calendars and journals, and directories. The phone number for the bill room is 303-866-3055.
