Helmets

Any motorcycle operator or passenger under age 18 is required to wear a helmet while in motion.  Persons under age 18 may not operate a low‑power scooter without a protective helmet, nor carry a passenger under age 18 without a helmet.  A person in violation of the requirements commits a class A traffic infraction.
