Senator Aguilar, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 16-135, which allows health insurance plans to provide coverage for health care services provided by a pharmacist as part of a collaborative pharmacy practice agreement if certain conditions are met.



10:17 AM -- Ms. Gina Moore, representing the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy, testified in support of the bill.

10:20 AM -- HB16-1284



Senators Hill and Garcia, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 16-1284, which requires that the Public Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) take steps to identify all companies that have economic prohibitions against Israel. A list of these companies, referred to as restricted companies, is to be compiled by January 1, 2017, and updated biannually thereafter. PERA is required to notify each restricted company of its status in writing and to remove companies that cease to have prohibitions. Senator Hill distributed Amendment L.013 (Attachment A).
