01:24 PM -- Gina Shimeall, Advisory Task Force Member, stated that the proposals brought forth by Dr. Fox have not discussed by the advisory task force. She stated she had concerns about the proposals.
01:25 PM -- Moses Gur, Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council, stated the council would support extending Senate Bill 17-021. Senator Martinez Humenik made comments about the intent of Senate Bill 17-021.

Senator Martinez Humenik made concluding remarks. She stated the next committee meeting will be November 1, but bill drafts need to be finalized by October 11. Ms. King reviewed the process for interim committee bill drafts.
