The links below provide access to initiatives filed with the Legislative Council Staff, including the original language, the review and comment memo prepared by Legislative Council Staff and the Office of Legislative Legal Services, and the current status of the initiative. Once a measure has been submitted to the Title Board, information about its status, schedule, and text is available from the Secretary of State’s Office.
March 24 Update. Due to the current order issued for the City and County of Denver, the Legislative Council Staff and the Office of Legislative Legal Services have issued temporary guidelines for review and comment meetings. Public attendance at review and comment meetings scheduled for March 25 through April 3 will not be permitted. Instead, the public is invited to listen to the live broadcast of the meeting at: http://leg.colorado.gov/committee/granicus/964136.
