The bill exempts multi-serving liquid retail marijuana products from the equivalency restrictions if the product complies with all statutory and rule packaging requirements for multi-serving edibles. The multi-serving liquid must:
- be packaged in a structure that uses a single mechanism to achieve both child-resistance and accurate pouring dosing of each liquid serving in increments of ten miligrams or less, with a maximum of 100 miligrams per package; and
- have the dosing component within the child-resistant cap or closure of the bottle and not a separate component.
