Representative McCluskie and Representative Pelton introduced House Bill 20-1293. The bill makes several changes to the local emergency telephone charge and the prepaid wireless 911 charge, and creates a new 911 surcharge.  The bill also expands the use of broadband deployment funds to include 911 upgrades.
