Senator Crowder, bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-214.  The bill requires the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) to prepare and submit a waiver to allow the state to institute a work requirement for able-bodied adults receiving Medicaid services, and upon receipt of the waiver, to institute the requirement.  Senator Crowder distributed two handouts to the committee [Attachments G and H].  Senator Crowder responded to questions.
