Relocate Title 12 Farm Products And Warehouses
Concerning the nonsubstantive relocation of laws related to farm products from title 12 of the Colorado Revised Statutes as part of the organizational recodification of title 12.

Title 12 remodification study - relocation - commodities handlers - farm producers. Committee on Legal Services. The law directs the office of legislative legal services to study the organizational recodification of title 12 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, which relates to professions and occupations. To implement the initial recommendations of the study, the act relocates the 'Commodity Handler Act' and the 'Farm Products Act' to the title governing agriculture.
The acts are repealed from where they were previously codified.
