Sunset Continue Regulation Nursing Home Administrators

Concerning the continuation of the regulation of nursing home administrators by the board of examiners of nursing home administrators in the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies, and, in connection therewith, requiring the board to record by board member each vote regarding licensee discipline.

Nursing home administrators - board of examiners of nursing home administrators - continuation under sunset law - record of member votes required. The automatic termination date of the regulation of nursing home administrators by the board of examiners of nursing home administrators (board) in the division of professions and occupations is extended until September 1, 2023, pursuant to the provisions of the sunset law.

The act requires the board to record by board member each vote imposing discipline or dismissing a complaint.
