Concerning a modification of the dates on which the required performance audits of certain governmental entities are due.

The date by which the state auditor is required to complete the next performance audit of the department of personnel and the state personnel board is changed from December 1, 2016, to December 1, 2019. In addition, the 4-year audit requirement of the department of personnel and the state personnel board is repealed and future audits will be conducted at the discretion of the state auditor.
